Burntisland Station House

In early 2012, Fife Historic Buildings Trust completed the 2.2 million refurbishment of the B-listed Station House buildings in Burntisland. These redundant buildings were formerly the station’s waiting room and offices and a railwaymen’s club. The project also included access improvements to the station, by way of a new ramp.  Funding was sourced from a range of organisations including Heritage Lottery Fund and Historic Scotland.

The refurbished buildings now provide serviced office accommodation and a community room. The first phase of seven office units and community room was completed in 2010. The access ramp was completed in 2011.  The second phase, known as the Platform, was completed in early 2012, and comprises a further five business units/studios.
