Rental Terms and Conditions
- Check-in and check-out times
Check-in time is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Smoking policy
This is a non-smoking property.
- Pets
Pets are not permitted in the apartment under any conditions.
- Occupancy levels
The maximum number of guests is limited to 3 persons (plus 2 babies if applicable).
You cannot arrange for additional over-night guests to the property – without the prior consent of the owner. You must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the prior consent of the owner.
- Owner access to the property
You must allow the owner or their representative (including workmen) access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay. In an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time, the owner can enter the property at any time without giving prior consent.
- Minimum stay
This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the 3-night rate.
- Cancellations
By paying a deposit, you confirm agreement to these terms and conditions. A 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Should you cancel, the owner will refund you as follows:

- Inclusive fees
Rates include a one-time linen & towel set-up. Electricity, gas and wifi are also included.
- House-keeping
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
- Falsified bookings
Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
- Rates and pricing
Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
- Insurance
It is your responsibility to take out adequate travel insurance and cover for the duration of your trip. We are not liable for any injury or damage to your belongings during your stay.
- Data capture
The owner may contact you by email prior to and after your stay, unless you let us know otherwise.
- Special requests
If you have any special requests, or want to hire/bring any special equipment to the property, you must let us now when you are making the booking and confirm them in writing, although we cannot guarantee that any request will be met.
- Events
Should you wish to hold an event/party at the Property, please send a request in writing to the Owner. And such events must have prior approval from the owner. Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. A separate policy is in place for events.
- Guest responsibilities
You and your guests agree to keep the property clean and tidy, to leave the property in the same condition to how you found it when you arrived, and to behave in a way at all times while at the property that does not break any law. You are responsible for the cost of any breakages or damage to the property which are caused by you or any members of your party. The owner can ask for extra payment from you to cover any related costs. If you discover that anything is damaged on arrival, please notify the owner. You agree not to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupier of adjoining or neighbouring properties.
On departure, the guest agrees that:
- All rubbish is placed in the rubbish bins provided, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
- Plastics, glass and cans are removed and taken to local recycling facilities.
- The key is left in the key safe and the doors are left locked.
- No linens are lost or damaged.
- Complaints
Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however you have any cause for complaint it is important that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. Discussions of any criticisms with us whilst you’re in residence at the property will usually enable any shortcomings to be rectified straightaway.
