Mentoring in Traditional Building Skills
Published on 30th July 2018
Do you have the opportunity to work on Traditional Building projects? Are you involved in the maintenance, repair or refurbishment of pre 1919 buildings? Do you need to know more to succeed in this area?
If so – the Cupar CARS/THI Mentoring Scheme might be for you.
We can arrange for you to work alongside experts who have the experience to help you refine your knowledge within the traditional buildings sector.
We have a range of experienced organisations who are funded by the Cupar CARS/THI to provide mentoring support to help you benefit from their skills and experience. They can:
• Help you identify opportunities for business development and growth in the traditional building sector
• Help you identify skills, gaps, and training needs within your workforce
• Help contractors with no conservation experience upskill, and develop their abilities to take on work in this area in future.
